Getting started with AI Passport
Use the official app to sync your profile and a full-screen image, then learn the controls, built-in game, and charging.
STEP / 01
Learn the controls and power states
AI Passport ships with the identity badge play already installed, so no computer connection or additional installation is required. Start by locating the power button on the left and the Up, Down, and Confirm buttons on the right.
- Power on: hold the power button for 0.5 seconds until the screen lights up and opens the home screen.
- Wake: the screen turns off after a period of inactivity to save power; press any function button to wake it.
- Power off: hold the power button for 2 seconds.
Keep the factory play while you get familiar with the identity badge and its built-in game. You can explore other plays later.
STEP / 02
Connect with the official app
Turn on Bluetooth, open the official AI Passport app, and keep the powered-on device close to your phone. Select your AI Passport under Nearby Devices to enter the content workspace.

STEP / 03
Sync identity content and a full-screen image
The official AI Passport app supports every part of the factory identity experience. Sync your name, avatar, and a short introduction, or select and send a full-screen image. The updated content appears on the device after transfer.

Content is transferred locally over Bluetooth between the official app and the connected device.
STEP / 04
Try the built-in game
The factory identity badge play also includes a mini game, with no additional installation required. Use the three function buttons on the right to navigate and play.
- Enter: use Up / Down on the home screen to select the Game tile, then press Confirm.
- Play: press Confirm to start; use Up / Down to control the game and short-press Confirm to dash or act.
- Restart or exit: press Confirm after the game ends to play again; hold Confirm to return to the home screen.
STEP / 05
Charge AI Passport
Connect a USB-C cable to a charger or computer.
- The green charging indicator stays on while charging and turns off automatically when the battery is full.
- Charging status is not shown on the screen; use the indicator light as the source of truth.

The identity badge is only the beginning.
AI Passport includes a mini game out of the box, with dozens more available as official plays. Installing an official play keeps the identity badge and replaces only the game; you can also follow the developer guides to create a play of your own.
