Want to make a protective case for AI Passport, or give it a more comfortable place on your desk? Start by bringing the device into your design software. We’re sharing an **AI Passport solid reference model** to help you design cases, stands, and bases of your own. ## Download the model **[Download the AI Passport 3D model · STL · 400 KB](/assets/models/ai-passport-reference/2026-09-18/ai-passport-solid-reference.stl)** - File version: September 18, 2026. - Format: STL, for compatible 3D design tools and slicers. - Import units: **millimeters (mm)**. STL does not store units, so check the scale when importing. - Interpreting the coordinates as millimeters gives an overall envelope of approximately **59.99 × 95.99 × 8.30 mm** (width × height × depth). These are file measurements; check physical fit with your device. The cover is a direct render of the supplied STL reference model. ## Make something that fits your day **A protective case** can add grip, protection, a different look, or a new way to carry your device. **A desk stand** can hold the screen at an angle that works for studying, working, or showing a project. **A base** can give AI Passport a place to sit, with room for a cable and the things around it. Use the reference to understand the device’s outline and space requirements. Choose the colors, materials, and shape yourself. ## Leave room for the real device Keep the screen, buttons, USB-C port, speaker openings, and lanyard area accessible. Allow clearance for your material and printer instead of making a case that exactly follows the model’s surface. This file is an external shape and size reference, not complete internal geometry or a manufacturing drawing. Print a small prototype and check the fit before refining your design. If a project hasn’t been physically tested, say so in its description. We look forward to seeing your cases, stands, and bases give AI Passport a place in your day.
